Returns

We work on 100% Satisfaction Gaurentee. if a product is faulty we will happily accept returns and provide a replacement. All returns must be made to our UK address unless otherwise directed.
We Donot Accept return for Items made to order as once processed are of no use for us, however if item is defective or broke on arrival we will exchange it for you once the item is returned back. In this case please you contact us via support email or contact us using contact us page within 5 days of receiving faultuy product.

You can return non made to order items if you change of mind within 30 days from the date ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2. Royalmail Special Delivery: £7.95

International WorldWide Shipping: We charge a Flat rate of 10.99£ via Tracked International Royalmail.

Usual delivery times for within UK is 2-4 days processing order and 2-5 working days for delivery.
International orders delivery times can take upto 6 weeks for arrival depending on destination country.

International orders from outside UK maybe subject to import tax duty or customs clearance which is responsibility of customer to pay on arrival.
